New programming focusing on 14 to 19 years specifically designed for beginners and children interested in the arts.

Monday • 6 weeks

4:30 to 6:00 pm

Session 1: January 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22 

Break: March 1

Session 2: March 8, 15, 22, 29, April 5, 12

Break: April 19

Session 3: April 26, May 3, 10, 17, 24 and June 7

Are you interested in drawing or painting? Have you thought about going to college or an art school after you graduate high school? Learning the basic tenants of fine art now can help you further your art choices later. This class will take any student at any level and help them move forward with their art skills and art development. This program will be focusing on the visual expression of emotions within a variety of mediums.

Age 7 to 13 • 10:00 to Noon

Saturday • 6 weeks

Session 1: January 16, 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20

Break: February 27

Session 2: March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 3, 10  (ONLY 1 SLOT LEFT)

During this 6 week program we will introduce various famous artists following a painting, craft or art project that reinforces the styles, techniques and materials that these artists used to create their masterpieces! Such artists we will be studying will be Georgia O’Keefe, Vincent Van Gogh, Edvard Munch, Picasso, Keith Haring and more! From Cubism to POP ART your child will have a great time creating their own awesome masterpieces using a variety of materials and inspiration from these famous artists! So let the LETS KREATE and let your imagination soar! Maximum of 12 students and masks are required in the GNAL building.
